Abby Moll is a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern in the state of Florida. She graduated from Rollins College with her Clinical Mental Health Counseling degree and a certification in College and University Counseling. She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida. She is a current member of the American Counseling Association and the American College Counseling Association.
Abby is passionate about working with adolescents, young adults and adults in addressing challenges related to anxiety, depression, self-esteem, eating disorders/disordered eating, interpersonal relationships and identity concerns. She is passionate about teaching people how to have healthy relationships, build on their strengths and fosters an empowering environment for the exploration of thoughts, feelings and behaviors.
Abby utilizes a person-centered and strengths-based approach in counseling and believes in building a safe collaborative relationship with a focus on building resiliency. She demonstrates compassion, empathy and support while utilizing a combination of modalities rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness and Family Systems.
