Progress comes in steps that build upon one another, and she recognizes that it takes a great deal of courage to address one’s concerns in a counseling setting. She is especially passionate about working with individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, and mood management issues and works to provide a space where clients can be genuinely themselves while striving toward their goals. Kelsey also has experience working with trauma-related issues, grief, guilt, parenting issues, self-esteem, anger management, communication, relationships, and stress/time management. She believes that change is possible, hope is powerful, and a fulfilling life does not have to be dictated by fear.
