Alexandra is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern in the State of Florida. She earned a Master of Science degree in Counseling and Psychology from Troy University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a minor in Business Administration from the University of South Florida. Alexandra is experienced in working with children, adolescents and adults, and specializes in teaching skills for dealing with depression, anxiety, grieving, loss, stress, self esteem, adjusting to life changes, anger, lack of motivation and parenting skills.
Alexandra’s therapeutic approach is person-centered, aiming to empower clients to believe in their ability to take life’s challenges as opportunities for growth. She aims to inspire a belief in each individual’s power to succeed, and create an environment in which clients can learn new perspectives and lasting skills to build on. Alexandra provides an unconditional, nonjudgmental, caring and confidential atmosphere in which clients can learn skills to build successful lives.
