Aleah Lodge is a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern in the state of Florida. She graduated from Florida State University with an Education Specialist and Master of Science inCounseling and Human Systems with an emphasis in Mental Health Counseling. She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Family and Child Sciences, as well as Psychology. She is a current member of the Florida Mental Health Counselors Association and American Mental Health Counselors Association.
Aleah is especially passionate about working with children, adolescents and their families addressing challenges related to emotion regulation, anxiety, depression, anger, self-esteem, trauma and everyday stressors. Her therapeutic approach is rooted in cognitive-behavioral and solution-focused modalities, although she integrates a variety of art, play and other techniques to individualize treatment. Aleah strives to foster resilience that transforms challenges and instills hope.
